| Incident at Barber Motorsports Park |

We just heard about a racing accident at Barber Motorsports Park that took the lives of a corner worker and a motorcycle rider during a test session.
According to published reports, it appears that the corner worker went out on the track during a hot test session between testing cycles to retrieve on track debris in a good faith attempt to prevent an accident from occuring .
Unfortunately, that worker was struck by a rider who did not see or was not notified of the worker being on the course at that time. They both succumbed to their injuries. Our prayers and thoughts go out to their families, friends and co-workers.
